This survey is for organizations or individuals (such as paid caregivers) that provide services and support to individuals living with brain injury in Nebraska. The intent is to better understand:
  • What services are available, including what’s helpful and what’s missing;
  • Successes and challenges of serving individuals with brain injury; and
  • Any training or resource needs related to serving individuals with brain injury.
The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. Your responses to the survey will be kept confidential. Beyond a list of organizations that responded to the survey, your organization name will not be specifically referenced when results are shared.
